All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We take pride in carefully packaging each order to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and delicious. Every cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed to preserve quality and flavor. Please note that due to the heat sealing process, certain toppings may stick slightly to the packaging.
Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or mishandling that may occur during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for cookies that arrive broken.
